Terri L. Holder
Ms. Holder brings more than 25 years of Department of Defense contracting experience to Island Creek and provides the day-to-day guidance and executive oversight to the company. Her previous experience includes providing program management and strategic planning and analysis expertise supporting Federal agencies and Department of Defense critical customer initiatives. As Island Creek’s President, Ms. Holder remains actively engaged with her customers providing management oversight to teams supporting NAVAIR ACAT I programs and Research and Development (R&D) and Science and Technology (S&T) programs to ensure quality and achieve customer satisfaction. Ms. Holder is a summa cum laude graduate from Robert Morris University holding a B.S. in Computer Science with an emphasis in Management. She sits as a Board Representative for the Patuxent River Small Business Roundtable, Patuxent River, MD and is a member of the Charleston Defense Contractor’s Association, Charleston, SC.
